SUNDAY MEDITATION (Psalm 29)
The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty. The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars. Yes, the Lord splinters the cedars of Lebanon. In His temple everyone says, “Glory!”

I will make an everlasting covenant with you—the sure mercies of David. . . and nations who do not know you shall run to you, because of the Lord your God, and the Holy One of Israel; for He has glorified you.
Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, and gather you from the west; I will say to the north, Give them up! And to the south, Do not keep them back! Bring My sons from afar, and My daughters from the ends of the earth.
Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will assuredly plant them in this land, with all My heart and with all My soul.
