After Lot moved to the Jordan Valley, God encouraged Abram by renewing His original promise.
Abram Moved His Tent by the Terebinth Trees (Genesis 13:14-18)
A well-watered and fertile area situated around 3,000 feet above sea level, the location was ideal and became Abram’s primary residence for the remainder of his life.
Lot Chose for Himself (Genesis 13:10-13)
Lot lifted up his eyes and saw that the Jordan Valley was well watered everywhere like the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt.
