FOUNDATION (Psalm 21)
The king shall have joy in Your strength, O Lord;
And in Your salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!

May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble; may the name of the God of Jacob defend you; may He send you help from the sanctuary, and strengthen you out of Zion . . .
The refrain, the God of Jacob is our refuge, is viable today as Israel faces ongoing threats from enemies.
My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved.
For He remembered His holy promise, and Abraham His servant. He brought out His people with joy, His chosen ones with gladness.
During their tenure in the “land of Ham,” God used the difficulties they endured to not only establish the nation of Israel, but also the strong, vibrant and resilient people we observe living in their ancient homeland today.
The Lord builds up Jerusalem; He gathers together the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. The Lord lifts up the humble.
