Immovable Faith (Psalm 125:1-4)
Your faith can be, “like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever.”
Your faith can be, “like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever.”
Like all men of faith, Abram did not sit idle when he had resources available to help family.
After Lot moved to the Jordan Valley, God encouraged Abram by renewing His original promise.
A well-watered and fertile area situated around 3,000 feet above sea level, the location was ideal and became Abram’s primary residence for the remainder of his life.
Lot lifted up his eyes and saw that the Jordan Valley was well watered everywhere like the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt.
Living the life of faith begins with practice that leads to experience and inevitably a few scrapes and bruises in the process.
Abram’s far-reaching step of faith was the catalyst for events that not only changed his life, but also altered the course of history and the future of the planet.
